Only 1 & a half hours from Melbourne air-port follow the signs south east free way to Frankston.Enter onto the nepean Hwy either from Seaford or Frankston, Look out for the big blue golden chain sign at the front of Abbey apartments or the small yellow sign on the nature strip.

Please note: there are toll fees to be paid within 24hrs of traveling, obtainable from Shell service stations or post office.
