Head N/E on Newcastle Fwy, at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto John Renshaw Dr, take the ramp onto New England Hwy, turn right at Tomago Rd go thru 1 roundabout, cont on Cabbage Tree Rd, at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Nelson Bay Rd(Go thru 3 roundabouts), slight left stay on Nelson Bay Rd(Go thru 3 roundabouts), cont on Stockton St, turn left at Church St(Go thru 1 roundabout), turn left at Thurlow Ave, turn right at Christmas Bush Ave.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 7 days notice of any cancellations or change to guest numbers.
1. All cancellations are to be in writing.
2. Tariffs are NOT GENERALLY refundable in the event of late arrival or early departure. However they can be transferred to a future booking.
3. Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of the check in date forfeit the full amount of the deposit, or first changed or cancelled night.
4. Refunds may incur an administration fee depending on circumstances.
