Located on the edge of Brooklands lagoon wildlife conservation reserve,close to Kaiapoi and The Palms shopping centre restaurants.

Walkway to Spencer park beach adjacent to house.

Te Whare Waka - themed on a boat shed, is a delightful romantic private studio only 10m from high tide. A great base for longer stays.

Te Arohanui is an affordable, private cosy ensuite studio seperate from the main house.

Mura and I enjoy meeting new people and are happy to share our wonderful collection of Maori art.
