    A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours prior to check in time, a charge of one nights accommodation will apply.

    1) Eizbed must receive a valid notice of cancellation of your booking in writing within 90 days prior to day of arrival.
    2)Any cancellation within 90 days of the check in date will incur 100% cancellation fee.
    3)No shows will also be charged for the full reservation and any remaining nights cancelled.
    4)For a notice of cancellation to be valid, it must include the hostel name, reservation name, guest name and email address as these details appear on your confirmation booking.
