Surrounded by bush, yet only 700m from Paihia’s beautiful beach, at we offer quality
accommodation at an affordable price and you everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

We were warmly welcomed to the Sublime Apartments from our first e-mail until the last good-by!
Mark Hockley gave us every care and consideration. We enjoyed our week stay there and were
able to use the apartments as our base of operation to explore many different areas of the Bay of
Islands, which we fell in love with! I would stay at the Sublime Apartments again!

So if you want a romantic weekend or a family holiday, a top fishing trip, dolphin swim or island
cruise Sublime Apartments and Holiday house is the perfect accommodation for exploring Paihia,
