The local proprietors, Kylie Adams & Michael Sterling were both born on the Island with Kylie
being a direct descendant of John Adams from the famous 'Mutiny on the Bounty'. The name Broad Leaf Villas is a reflection of the natural garden setting with an emphasis on the endemic broad leaf plant 'Meryta'.
