"Extra bedding that was paid for had to be requested. Front desk was very confusing and mucked up our deposit and payment, then to top it up charged us twice plus a $50 holding fee. This took four days to be back in my account, which was unacceptable. Car parking was in a different hotel and was tiny. On the plus side, room was clean and tidy and we had a nice view. "The harbour view 1 bed apartment is in a fabulous position on the 16th floor. However the apartment was quite dirty including the outside of the windows.
