Customer Reviews "We first stayed here in 2000 plus twice in later years. The Motel is now in a tired state & needs a face lift. Water pressure is virtually non existent, kitchen tap filter needs replacing, fridge door off hinges & needs new thermostat, plus general decor is dated. Overall disappointing." The Colonial Court Motel in Kaikoura, New Zealand (NZ) has recently refurbished ground floor studio and 2 bedroom apartments set in very sunny, spacious surroundings with spectacular Mountain views.

We are also pleased to offer outstanding cooked and continental breakfasts as well as a full in-room menu with delicious snacks and evening meals. You must try our famous chunky seafood chowder or homemade fresh pizzas!

Our Kaikoura accommodation offers a courtesy pick-up and drop-off for the bus, train and local activities.

We are only minutes from Whale Watching, Dolphin and Seal Swimming, a great Surf Casting beach and a brand new shopping centre, bar and restaurant complex.
