Directions

Situated on Tay Street. Second Motel through first set of Traffic Lights on the main highway from Dunedin.
Coming from Queenstown/Te Anau - Continue along North Road which runs into Dee Street to the Monument at Tay Street intersection. Turn left into Tay Street through town, past Burger King and we are approximately 1km from there.

John and Christine welcome you to the Colonial On Tay Motel, 335 Tay Street, Invercargill.

We have 8 One Bedroom Units, 2 Two Bedroom units all with underfloor heating.

Continental/Cooked breakfasts available delivered to Unit.

We pride ourselves on our cleanliness of the units and welcome any feedback from our guests.

Sky TV is in all units and DVD players are available on request. Small DVD Library at Office.

Wireless Internet is available through Zenbu in all units.

We are self rated at 3-4 Star.

Compendeum in units of Restaurants. Charge back to motel are available through some of these.

There are lots of things to see and do while you stay with us in Invercargill.

Take a trip down to Bluff to Stirling Point- End of State Highway One.

View Stewart Island from the Bluff Hill Lookout.

Catch Ferry across to island for bush walks and to see bird life.
