"The room was adequate. I wish however I had checked the finer details as the hotel does not have Sky TV and the selection of channels they did have was very poor frankly and there was no DVD player. These are fairly basic things for any hotel room and detracted from the experience to some degree as my kids would like to have watched day 1 of the Masters. "The location was brilliant. The staff friendly and helpful. The overall rating dropped because the facilities themselves need updating. The plumbing was crap, with the water temperature fluctuating throughout the shower. No plug, so unable to have a bath. The noise in the corridors echoing through the building. From Queenstown, follow Gorge Rd 7km out past the Shotover Jet and we are on the left hand side of the road.
