"Greeting was a bit stiff. Didn't feel that welcomed. Had a lady being trained I think who followed us around but no introduction! Room was average, with poor bathroom that smelt. Poor lighting and only one bathrobe (had to ask for another). Never a good look when management blame their staff for poor performance. However had lovely bed, view and great spa.
