"Although the location was nice Jack and Di's were not able to provide us with the 2 bedroom Lakeview studio that I had booked and paid for, even when I had sent an email checking that they had our booking a few days prior and they had confirmed. Even though they managed to accommodate us in separate rooms it was very disappointing that they had given the accommodation we booked to someone else and we had to stay in accommodation which I believe was less than what we had booked eg backyard cabin with no views and no heating compared to the Lakeview studio booked." At the time of your arrival we explained the situation to you and you indicated to us that you were quite happy with what we provided as an alternative (larger lake view studio with a kitchenette and an additional cabin with lake views) to your original booking (Lake View Studio with no kitchen). We gave you the option to cancel at no charge and assist you with finding alternative accommodation, which you declined. Again at no fault to Ezibed, we apologize for failing to provide you with your original booking, however we acknowledged this to you and did offer you better alternatives which you accepted.
