Directions

When arriving in Invercargill from Queenstown/Te Anau areas you will drive in on North Road, just after you cross the bridge you will see a B&B sign pointing into Duke Street. We are about six houses along and well signposted.

If arriving from Dunedin or other part North you will arrive into Tay Street, turn right (North) at the Tay Street/Queens Drive intersection (Burger King is on the corner). Drive north on Queens Drive past the park and keep driving until you reach Duke Street.

Overview

Our bed and breakfast is warm and comfortable with quiet bedrooms set well off the street.

There is plenty of off street parking available for guests at the rear of the buildings.

We have seven bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms. The other five rooms share three sets of bathroom facilities between them.

Full cooked or continental breakfast is included in all tariffs and is served in the dining room each morning at a time that is convenient to you our guest.

We are five minutes by car from the city centre and only a ten minute walk to the beautiful Queens Park gardens, golf course, museum and art gallery.

There are a number of great restaurants nearby or we can arrange to deliver you to your restaurant of choice in town.

Or there is a deck and sun chairs available to sit outside and enjoy the garden if you wish.
