"The start of my stay at Manuia was dissappointing due to there being no-one at the airport to pick me up. Luckily Tapana from Raro Tours (I think that was his name) was kind enough to drop me off and wait for someone to appear once we arrived at Manuia.
The room was spacious and clean.
The next day was very rewarding thanks to Vicky, she epitomises customer centricity and freindliness. Vicky was the highlight of my stay, Manuia would have not been very highly rated by me if it was not for her; her consideration and helpfulness, her efficiencey and professionalism was faultless. THANK YOU Vicky.
The food was average, the service was slow and we cleared our own table. No used dishes were taken while we were eating. We booked for dinner at 7pm and finally ate at 9pm; the tuna which I had requested to be seared was over-cooked and dry. Dissappointing after such a long wait." Glenys Tremain, 18 March 2010
