All one bedroom units are located downstairs. The rooms are set up with the bedroom located in the back of the unit. In the middle part you will find the kitchen and bathroom. The lounge is in the front with a sliding door opening to a patio. Rates are for 1-2 people. Maximum occupancy is 3-4. Extra guest charge is $30 per night. Bedding configuration is 1 Queen bed in bedroom and a sofa/bed in lounge which sleep 1 Adult or 2 children under 12.
