Located in Vaimaanga

1970's classic beach bach self contained studio unit recently renovated.

Pleasant interior but maintaining the rustic look on the outside.

Expansive views over the lagoon and the distant reef with the constant sound of the surf in the distance

Walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants and the bus service is available right at the roadside for treks into town.

This property can be mixed and matched with a total of 3 studio units and a 3 bedroom house available on the same section when travelling as a group or with friends.

The lagoon is relatively shallow but encourages exploring as well as having two passages through the reef nearby is a great place for fishing the deep water but care should be taken in this area.

Rutaki passage is also a popular spot with body boarders when the southerly swell is breaking.
