Directions

2 hours north of Brisbane on the Bruce Highway
165 klms, turn at Route 15, south of Gympie on the main road through to Rainbow Beach/Fraser Island and Tin Can Bay. 20 klms on that road you will see the turn off, it is signposted. Further information is available on the map on our website www.rossmountruralretreat.com.au

Overview

Rossmount is a 35 acre exotic fruit farm, set in rolling hills with a huge lake in which to canoe, fish and swim.

A secure and peaceful environment giving you a chance to escape and explore the bush trails, glimpse the shy platypus in the lake and enjoy the abundant birdlife and wildlife. With exotic fruit orchards to wander and taste unusual fruits, Rossmount is also a fruit tree Nursery and this is your opportunity to learn about the various propagation techniques.

The Bed and Breakfast contains two suites. he Dragon Suite has a platform queensized bed with stunning rural views and is styled in green and purple, the single dark timbered bedroom attached has bunks and a single bed. The Monyet Suite is styled in blue and contains a queensized bed, the adjoining bedroom has two single beds.

Breakfast is served on the verandah and we have wireless internet for your convenience. The Theatre Room is downstairs and your living room has loads of LP's to play and enjoy.
