The Small Attic Room is somewhat smaller than the Large Attic Room and has a dormo window overlooking the front of the property. It has a double bed that can be split into two single beds. Together with the Large Attic Room it is ideal for a family of four or five.

The Regency Room is the most beautiful and elegant room in the house and is often chosen as a honeymoon suite. It has a Queen size bed, is on the first floor, fully furnished and has an ensuite with a larger shower. It looks out over the front of the property, the fountain and the tree-lined drive.

The Blue Room offers a cool and quite corner of the house with views out over the lower grounds to the bush and stream. It has a very large ensuite with a shower and a bath.

The Barn Studio (or "Gite") is a self contained unit across the courtyard from the main house. It has its own ensuite, tv, and a kitchenette with sink, toaster, fridge, microwave and stovetop.
It is an ideal place to relax. Because it is self-contained with its own entrance, it is very private and suits a long stay where you can do as you wish. A full cooked English or European breakfast can be provided at an extra charge of $20 pp.

The Large Attic Room is the largest of our rooms and although attaining it involves two flights of stairs - the view is well worthwhile. Combined with the Small Attic Room it is ideal for a family with two or three children.
