The Grange Guesthouse is an historic inner city homestead built in 1874 with a Category II listing.

Overlooking treelined Cramner Square in the Cultural Precinct, within 5 mins stroll of the Art Gallery, Botanic Gardens, Cathedral Square and Convention Centre.
