1. How do I get started? top     
To join the Ezibed affiliate partner program, all you need to do is read the affiliate terms and conditions and fill out the application form at http://www.ezibed.com/idevaffiliate/signup.php. As soon as that's done, we will send you your ID and password, which you can use to log into the affiliate partner area at http://www.ezibed.com/idevaffiliate/. After that, all you need to do is cut and paste the HTML code provided for you and set up the link. For a selection of Ezibed affiliate banners and links, click here.

2. How does the program work? top     
The affiliate (you) places the link on your website. You only need to sign up once. You can place as many Ezibed links or banners on as many web pages as you like. With your partner ID, we can track all the clicks and visitors you send us. So, after a visitor is redirected from your site to ours, we record that this visitor came from you. Then, when that visitor makes a confirmed booking your account is credited with the commission, which is paid once a month in a lump sum. 3. Who is eligible to become an Ezibed affiliate? top     
We welcome all sites to join our program. It will probably help if your site's content is travel related, but that is not necessary.

4. How much does it cost to join the program? top     
Absolutely nothing! There is no application fee, set-up costs and, most importantly, no minimum sales requirement. Monthly commissions must reach $25 or more and then a payment is made directly into your bank account (New Zealand affiliates) or by cheque (overseas' affiliates).

5. Can I link to other travel sites if I join the Ezibed affiliate program? top     
We believe that once you affiliate with us, you will have no more need for another last minute hotel partner. However, we place no restrictions on your site's links and actually encourage our affiliates to join programs and create links, which are complementary to the content on their site.

6. How are bookings tracked to my site? top     
All links from your site to Ezibed contain your unique affiliate ID code, so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a confirmed booking is made. Make sure that all links on your site are created using the HTML code generated for you, so that all visitors are tracked correctly.

7. What bookings do I get paid for and when? top     
After a booking is made, there is a chance that it may be cancelled or amended. Therefore, we credit our affiliates after a booking has been completed.

8. How much do I get paid? top     
For every COMPLETED booking that you refer to Ezibed from your affiliate link, you receive 50% of the Gross Commission value from that booking. e.g. A customer books 3 nights @ $139 per night = $417.00 gross. You will receive $20.85 (10% commission of $417 x 50% = $20.85)

9. Do I earn commissions from my own purchases? top     
Yes. You can earn commissions on any hotel reservations that you, your friends, family and customers make from visiting Ezibed through your web site's affiliate links to us.

10. How do I get paid? top     
Ezibed affiliates will receive payment on the 20th of each month on completed bookings made in the previous month. Payments will be made by cheque (offshore affiliates) or direct credit into your nominated bank account (New Zealand affiliates). All bookings, accommodation and commissions are calculated in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

11. How will I monitor my sales and commission? top     
Ezibed will provide you with a tracking area, which will show the number of clicks through, booking requests and confirmed bookings submitted by users referred by you. You will also have access to payment reports, which will show the estimated amount earned and payment history. This area will be updated in real time.

12. How do I set up my links? top     
It's very simple. Once you are approved, simply login to the Ezibed affiliate partner area using your partner ID and password. Select the link(s) you like (remember, you can use as many links as you like), cut and paste the HTML code into your web page and you are done. If you require assistance with this, please don't hesitate to contact us at affiliate@ezibed.com. A personal recommendation about the Ezibed site will help to make the link more compelling to the customer.

13. What if I don't like any of the logos Ezibed has to offer? top     
No problem. You are free to modify the links and banners we have at any time to fit in with your web site, however please be careful not to modify the integrity of the link to ensure it still works.

14. Can I change and update my links? top     
Absolutely. You can make any changes at any time, for whatever reason you choose. We also recommend that you check the affiliate partner area regularly, as we may add or modify our selection of links and banners.

15. Where should I put my links? top     
There are various ways of putting your links on your site to maximise your chances of earning a commission. Here are some suggestions:
  • On your home page
  • On your navigation bar
  • In a dedicated travel section of your site
  • Other areas, where a booking service would be useful, e.g. leisure, shopping or e-commerce
