"For the first time I arrived in NZ and stayed in a double-bed room alone for two days. It was located right next to a Airbus terminal at Queen Street, the most popular commercial street in Auckland; Airbus driver knows ACB! The accomodation facility was like an old university dormitory with small shower booths. The room was spacious with a good street view. The attractive features are its Internet Cafe that are open for everyone, kitchen (although I did not use it), and surrounding commercial street of Queen. "We found the staff helpful but the entrance and foyer smelly. There was a problem with sickness in cleaners and we had to wait ages for the room to be cleaned. We were not advised of this when checking in." Anonymous, 29 April 2009

"The facilities were great, very clean. The complex very central to all conveniences. Just a small gripe as we had queried re: carparking as we did bring a vehicle, was told that we were able to park overnight at the Crowne Plaza complex thus incorrect info given to us at reception of the timing factor of the special deal that ACB has with the carpark - we were told $8 then by another staff member $10 but in actual fact it cost a whopping $20 at the carpark when we had to pay, even though we showed our receipt of stay etc. That was the only disappointing factor of our whole stay-updated info/product knowledge should be the same amongst staff members." John Logoia, 15 April 2009
