"This hotel was first class for a one night stand when we arrived mid-evening and departed early morning. The service was friendly and courteous. We were able to buy a light snack in the evening, and breakfast was served from 4 am. Our room was clean and well appointed. Shuttles to and from the airport were quick, with little waiting time. "We had 2 beds in the room which was just as well because the bed by the window smelt like some one had urinated in it. The bath shower fitting came off in our hand and the bath room bench and hair drier were dusty. We had asked for a dinner reservation on arrival but dining room was closed (arrival 8pm). "Very good staff and very supportive. I had left 2 of my favourite shirts in my room and didn't remember them until I had already checked my luggage. I called the hotel and they sent them over immediately on their shuttle bus. My only advise is focussed upon the wireless access. First, I would make it easier to use (eg: simple passwords), second, make it more Apple friendly, and third, make it free - at least in the lobby. Sometimes one just needs to check in on a family emergency (illness, etc) and shouldn't need to pay $9.95 to do this. Don Newgren, Toronto, 18 April 2008
