"Perfect spot for a ski base but some basic issues heater not working in room and no electric blankets, this resulted in a room change which was good but new room had faulty lock so couldnt be locked when manager informed was told they might have given us the wrong key but no attempt at repair , we left stuff behind after check out they contacted us which was very good, would stay there again." Steve Francis, 6 October 2010
