"Excellent Service. Highly recommend to anyone travelling overseas and leaving car behind. It was cheaper to have an overnight stay and free car storage than to leave our car at the airport. "The staff at Ezibed were very accomodating and the apartment was lovely. They allowed me to have my dogs with me which was fantastic. "Great place to stay if you are using the airport to fly to another destination. The free shuttle service to & from the airport is wonderful, and we left our vehicle parked at Brentwood Hotel free of charge for the 4 days that we were in Melbourne. "Earlier check in because the room was ready, spacious & clean. Hotel Guide book in room needed to be updated as pages missing (no information about the Restaurant - only menu for breakfast). Extremely happy with the fact that with only a single nights stay at the hotel, they were happy to look after our car and provide us with hotel to airport return shuttle rides absolutely complimentary - we were on holiday for ten days. "First the good points: Shuttle is great, warming/welcoming entrance area, handy baggage storage, bathroom fit out good, room clean and neat. However, hotel is very faded, layout has the access to half the accommodation through the [sometimes crowded] bar, room rates over value a very average room, and my biggest moan: the floors creaked, so much so that every time anyone in the rooms either side walked in their rooms, it sounded like inside mine! Not fun when the people either side used the loo every hour, all night long....I get grumpy when I ask for a quiet room, and have a kids sports team running up and down the hall and screeching when I am trying to sleep. "Very convenient, staff very friendly and helpful with one glaring exception. One of the reasons we picked the hotel was its proximity to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle. We made reservations for 4:15 AM, were assured they would be honored, but the next morning the shuttle wasn't there and could get no ETA but "Soon". "We chose the Brentwood as they were close to the airport and offered a shuttle service. We found the staff friendly and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean with good amenities. The drawbacks were having to carry suitcases upstairs as there were no lifts, and the bed was very uncomfortable with a severe dip in the middle, making it impossible for either of us to sleep. "Was only an overnight stay. Close proximity to the airport was the reason for selecting the hotel. Room was classified as superior, not sure that it lived up to that. "The stay was wonderful, but the only negative thing was that we were not informed that the packets of chips, the beer, the wine etc. were for sale. We were quite shocked when we discovered the next morning we had to pay for it! A whole $69- later!!! "Upon arrival in our room, I noticed the toilet to be less than satisfactory and I had to clean it. Then my partner had to call managment as he would not let me continue to clean and someone from your staff was then required to come and clean the rest of the bathroom. Another concern was that we had an early flight to catch the next morning and had a morning call request for 4am. At 1am another group of guests arrived and were extremely noisy. Whislt I understand you are an airport hotel and guests come and go, I couldn't help but notice the hotel was not fully occupied and there could have been better management than to put a group of people arriving at 1.00am next to other guests that have a 4.00am wake up call.
