"Not nice. Heaps of mould in the bathroom and the sheets were really old and pilled. Would not recommend at all. Spend a little more money and get a place that is CLEAN." MB, 10 February 2009

Burgundy Rose Motel Response: Since then the motel has been refurbished and is under new management.

"The unit was spacious and well appointed for our needs. Having the single bed accommodation in the bedroom so that our 2 yr old could go to bed earlier and not be disturbed was great as many motels put the double or queen bed in the bedroom. Moteliers were friendly and helpful. I was very impressed that when I enquired about laundry they said give it to them and sure enough it came back a couple of hours later clean dry and folded.

The only negative is that it was a little noisey with alot of road noise till late at night and also on one night a pizza delivery to the next door unit was very loud and very late." Ann Vautier, 22 January 2009
