Chantilly's Motel Lake Taupo Response: Very sorry you did not enjoy your stay here at Chantillys. At the time of your stay we had only been in the motel 2 weeks, and realise the previous operator was a stickler for signs and rules with not so much as a please and thankyou. Julie and I have taken away or re-worded many of these .
"We were a bit dissappointed with the suite, the double divan fold out bed in the lounge was hard and lumpy, the curtains do not cover the windows in lounge, the bedroom curtains also did not cover the windows and were held together at one end with abit of wire." Anonymous, 23 March 2010
