"While the front of house staff where friendly enough, the state of the room left a lot to be desired. The sheets on the bed did not appear to have been changed since the last person who had used the room. When I complained about this, all I got was the response 'sorry, housekeeping is closed for the night but we can change your room to a smoking room'. I was not happy with this as thought they would go out of their way to change the sheets and be more helpful. I will definately not be staying there again." Anonymous, 13 November 2008
