Cleveland Motel Response: All units have facecloths in the bathroom cupboards with the extra towels. Milk is now not provided to customers. Tea and coffee is.

"Wow what a lovely surprise arriving on a wet miserable day to our accommodation where we were immediately greeted with a smile, efficiency (check-in took all of 2 minutes) and then directed to our very warm, spotlessly clean unit. "The room was very clean and the mattress was excellent. The hot mineral pool was the cleanest one I had ever been in. Likewise, the heated outdoor pool was very well maintained. The overall rating would have been higher if the staff had had a more caring approach. Two taps in our unit could not be turned off tight enough to stop them constantly dripping. We reported this twice to the manager over two days. He did not come with us to see what we were talking about, but said that he'd already had the plumber in fixing taps." Anonymous, 5 May 2008
