"Dark and dingy rooms at back. Needs updating. Communal area extremely pleasant but weren't informed it was there, we had to find it. Beds were very soft, I have a sore back and had to sleep on floor. Had to ask for kettle in one of our 2 rooms. Didn't appreciate designated smoking area immediately outside front door.
