Continental Motel Response: Thanks for your feedback. it is always good to know how we are doing.
It is hard when you are travelling to get a bed and pillows that are just right for you. Some people like a firm bed, some like them soft. Had you said to us we could have moved you to a different room. I,m not sure what you meant by the sheets however as all our sheets are soft cotton. Again though we could have fixed it for you had we known so all we can do is offer you our apologies at this stage. we appreciate the 7/10 and hope that reflects the remainder of your stay with us. Best wishes and my advice if something is not quite right speak up. We are here to serve the public and make sure they are comfortable.
