"Excellent location but at $220 per day I expected soap and shampoo in the bathroom. These took a phone call and were rectified the next day. Mediocre management, not full range for pay TV but only basic Sky package and the King size bed was a queen. Only minor niggles I must say as the location and seaviews more than compensated for the rest" Anonymous, 16 September 2009

"As this was the first time I have used the internet to book accommodation I booked a room for 4 adults which turned out to be 2 Queen beds. Thinking I was getting twin beds as 2 of the people did not want to sleep together they brought a trundler bed which took the shine off our special night in the city. Also there was not enough towels, glasses, or mugs for 4 people so we were disappointed. To add, we could not pay by cheque is this normal?" Shirley Humphrey, 14 July 2008
