"The location was brilliant. The staff friendly and helpful. The overall rating dropped because the facilities themselves need updating. The plumbing was crap, with the water temperature fluctuating throughout the shower. No plug, so unable to have a bath. The noise in the corridors echoing through the building. The double bed I slept on was old and saggy. The smell of damp from the window area, which was damp a lot of the time. The building needs a thorough overall." Ruth Seeman, 14 July 2008
