"We booked a cab with the conciege for The George Hospital for 8.15am on 19 August and left our bags with him while we had breakfast. When we came out the cab was waiting with our bags and we hopped in, and as we are not familar with Christchurch we didn't realise we were going the wrong way. We questioned the driver as we thought it was taking a long time to get to the hospital. He said that the conceige booked him to take us to the airport. What should have been a $10.00 fare ended up costing us $35.00 and we were late for our meeting. I thought this was very poor service and we paid an extra $25.00 from the mistake of the Crown Plaza.
