The only thing that we did not enjoy was turning up at 3pm (which is when I said we would be arriving) and the room was not ready untill 5.30!! We had to sit outside for 2 and half hours. We were allowed to use the facilities, but we had a dinner at 6pm which we missed." Short, 8 January 2012

"Great to have all that I asked for, staff friendly and helpful. To get a 10 I would like to have had a better choice of teas and coffee in the room ie: no milo, no herbal tea. "This is the second visit in the last few weeks, needless to say we are very happy with the hotel. The staff are so helpful and restaurants are good value. The breakfast is well worth trying, will last all day! Only complaint, our room this time was noisy, lots of trucks passing on a week night, take your ear plugs or ask for 'quiet' room."
