"Our stay was ok, rooms have obviously been refurbished at some stage. Lack of sink to wash dishes a bit of a problem. What was more disconcerting were the odd characters coming and going at all hours of the night. Not really desirable when staying as a family." Mum of two, 19 April 2012

"Clean but tired facilities. Reception on arrival friendly. No information in rooms on local restaurants. No information to say their own restaurant / bar was closed. "The room was clean, comfortable and sufficient for what we wanted. However, we were disappointed to be put in the far unit closest to the trainline and motorway, when there were obviously plenty of other units vacant. Breakfast was inclusive, but was not mentioned on check in and I had to make enquiries. I was happy though, to be able to have the 2 breakfasts taken on one day, instead of one a day.
