"Beds ok but no cleaning at all in four days. One rubbish bin was emptied out once in four days. No motel facilities like plates or cutlery, just coffee/tea and an electric jug. Towels to be collected from reception desk. I realise it was "budget" accommodation but it was still AUD $100 per night." Anonymous, 8 April 2011

"Our beds were not made between nights stayed nor was our rubbish bin emptied. Also we had to keep asking to get fresh towels for the second night. We were upstairs when the lady at reception had told us it was single level, this was important as I had taken my mum for this holiday who is 76 yrs." Kathryn Passier, 21 February 2011
