"Arrived at 2.30pm and was told check-in was 4pm - the property advertises itself as a 2pm check-in. Had to go away and come back - unusual and very inconvenient. Also, no lift to upstairs rooms. Very noisy on the Saturday night as they had a wedding on. But otherwise friendly staff and a nice place to stay." Roxy Burt, 15 October 2009
