"We booked last minute and when we arrived had a lovely room with separate lounge and great armchairs to curl up in. Lovely welcome from the hotel staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. Only slight niggle was the lounge was quite dark so kept the door open to let in more natural light." Anonymous, 9 November 2011

"Great room and friendly staff. TV wasn't tuned at all, and staff were only able to provide us with 4 channels. Food in the restaurant was average - definitely not worth the price charged." Anonymous, 16 June 2010


"Had everything we needed except a microwave - something we would expect in a family unit. Also was quite dark inside the room. Also for a family unit designed to sleep 4 it only had a 2 seater couch for relaxing on (there were a couple of formal chairs but these were not suitable for relaxing in eg tv watching chatting etc) seemingly small issue but was not suitable for what we needed." Annie, 24 January 2010
