"First impression - the sign on the road was mossy and faded, needing a repaint. This theme continued in the unit. On entry, the carpet was badly worn in the living area and stairway, and the armchair felt damp and had saggy springs.
The kitchen and bathroom were tidy and clean, but the courtyard needed a waterblast, and the spa hadn't been wiped clean which the kids had to do before getting in. The advertised free wifi was down and unavailable, although they did offer the use of a computer in the office if needed.
I had requested a room with the 3 single beds upstairs for the kids, as my wife has trouble with stairs due to her rheumatoid arthritis, this was overlooked or ignored, as we were given a queen + single upstairs. The beds were comfortable.
It is hard enough finding reasonable accommodation for a family of 5, and I did expect a better state of repair for the price we paid for the 1 night." Mike Gribben, 1 April 2012

"I read previous reviews and their were a few that we not very good so I was nervous going there after we booked. However I thought the accommodation was very good and very clean. The only downfall for me was the hard double bed, but overall the pricing for a family of 4 was affordable for our stay for 2 nights. "The place was nice looking from outside, inside VERY dated and not clean. There was a lot of mould around the spa pool, leaves etc everywhere. A broken latch on one of the windows. The girl on the counter yawned as we checked in, no enthisasm at all. The morning of check out, I was in the shower, my husband was asleep and the cleaners bowled on in. It was 8.45am! "Although our booking was supposed to have a free bottle of wine for each night we stayed there, I had to ask several times before we got them all, which was a little annoying.
