"Slightly underwhelming visit. I asked for an extra which featured in an online picture only to be charged for it after we left. I don't mind paying for it but not to inform us of the charge even on the final bill seems really unfair. Executive lounge serves breakfast until 10am however they told us that it had all been packed away when we got there at 9:45am." Belinda, 3 November 2009
