My only thought would be please clean your entire front window/door system, not a good look to arrive and see a very grubby finger marked windows that maybe haven't been cleaned for some time. "Good sized comfortable rooms, had a nice view of the garden with patio door. Comfortable bed with nice linen. Good size bathroom with bath and shower.
Food from restaurant looked quite expensive, but thats not uncommon for hotels, nice pub 10mins drive away. Also had to pay for car parking which was indicated as free parking on the booking.

"Remote didn't work, hairdryer hose broken, radio didn't work, no heating - only 10 degrees. Reception took ages to answer phone. Coffee (bad) and lukewarm. "The hotel is barely adequate. Even though it's an airport hotel, you need to pay $5 to catch the shuttle to and from the airport - if you're lucky enough to find the shuttle, that is. When we arrived at the airport, the shuttle wasn't running. The night staff at the hotel said that they'd refund our taxi fare in the morning, but the morning staff refused to do so. When we left, the shuttle was 20mins late, and we nearly missed our flight.

The hotel itself is nice enough. The service is the main problem. We found the people at the front desk slow and uninterested. We'll definitely go elsewhere in future." Simon, 3 June 2008
