"Clean, modern and convenient hotel. Did lose the booking we made through Ezibed.com so caused delays but sorted in the end. Would have expected parking to be part of the deal and would have liked adjoining rooms as I stated in booking that we were a family of 5 (rooms were either end of a corridor). "Efficient service at check-in. When asked about a restaurant, staff knew straight away where it was and provided map of CBD. Room clean. Peaceful sleep. Very comfortable bed. "The hotel was great, although the experience was tarnished by the valet, who became unhelpful when we informed him that we didn't want to park our vehicle on the stacker when there were plenty of other carparks available. He appeared irritated and sulky, and watched my partner struggle with three bags, rather than help him carry one to the lift. This poor service spoiled an otherwise great stay." "Even though the room was small, it was very clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. The day staff were very polite and helpful. What let this hotel down was its lack of policing by the night staff of their very noisy guests at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 am the first night and then being woken up at 1 am the second night by a phone call that wasnt even for us. "Reception access poor and parking convoluted. Our stay was marred by large numbers of teenagers causing havock after a school ball, disturbing the whole 2nd floor we were on from 3-5am.
