"Lovely rooms, lovely food, good price. Staff not overly friendly, I think it's just an Auckland thing, but still very good and did their job well. The cleaning staff where the friendliest. We were just ficking through this area and chose a movie then decided we would go out instead. We did not realise that they were an additional cost till we went to leave." "We regretfully only used the Jet Park for one night as we had a very early flight check in the next morning...staff very friendly and the quality and menu variety within the onsite restaurant was a pleasant surprise !!! Up to 14 days complimentary parking is also an added bonus. Can certainly recommend the Jet Park for the one night package before the early flight out and hope to stay a little longer next time so as to make use of Jet Park's other facilities (..like the pool and indoor outdoor bar !!!)" "Stayed the night before we left on holiday and took advantage of their 12 day free parking but visa was charged for the 13th day even though we were booked in on our return to stay that night and they would not refund.
