"No Towels, no soap etc. Didn't like payment by Visa. No off street parking. Run down interior and furnishing. Excessive noise from plumbing, extractor fans etc in other parts of building.
Most disliked was lack of thought for hotel guests. Both nights the guest wing was used as public access from back of hotel to front. Persons banged on back emergency exit to get night staff to open for access, these sounded like friends of management, this was followed by excessive noise in the corridor and on both occasions the bar music came on with the guest access doors left open so there was no noise separation from the guest wing.
