"Position good, room clean. Pool dirty and unuseable on 2 days. Linen not changed, could have had clean towels. Had to ask twice to get TV repaired. Overcharged - paid deposit twice and had to phone then e-mail to get refund. They did let us in room early on arrival and were friendly." Irene Skinner, 5 December 2008
