"Great staff - very helpful and friendly. However the staff member who actioned our booking failed to accurately read the request that we did not want a room next to the lift well - and put us in a room beside the lift! A room change was requested but not possible for several reasons. We were upgraded to another room for the next night (excellent) but no milk in the fridge next morning for the morning cuppa! "The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean & comfortable & tastefully decorated in neutral colours. The exterior is a bit shabby but the interiors good. I would stay there again depending on the price. Lovely views from main areas, our pool view room which looked onto the pool area was nice. Location requires own transport or you can rely on the buses that are supposed to go past half hourly but you are lucky if its hourly!" Clare Dawson, 17 July 2008
