"I found the staff to be extremely helpful and genuinely interested in our stay with them. The hosts were very friendly. The room had a plunge pool in it that was very good. Warm clean and very relaxing. The rooms were a little dated but this in no way affected our stay. For the money we paid it exceeded our expectations. "From the warm welcome to having the windscreen de-iced the morning we left the service was great!! The rooms were well presented and warm the highlight was having the hot pool in the bathroom outstanding for the kids as well as my wife and I.
