"Very friendly service from staff. Very nice meal in restaurant but decor in restaurant pretty run down, tables badly chipped. One spa pool in fitness area out of order, no clean towels for this area, no one had cleaned up wet towels that had been left on floor by previous users. "The room we booked through easy bed was unavailable in the hotel. they called us to tell us this prior to our arrival and gave us an upgrade, but the upgrade was a totally different type of room, and not what we wanted.
