"The advert for the room rate did not state it was unserviced. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room wasn't very good. Dust on some of the kitchen dishes and shower had hair in the corner. Location to the CBD was perfect for transport and the events we wanted to attend." Donna Walker, 16 September 2011
