"Very impressed with your hotel. The grounds were well cared for and swimming pool great. Only complaint was the air conditioning which wasn't working very well at all. Staff were amazing in the restaurant, so very friendly and helpful. Also your caddy around the golf course was just so helpful. Your staff deserve a xmas bonus!" Charles McLachlan, 20 December 2008
